Breath work is a practice that uses breath for physical and emotional detox It gets us closer to ourselves and creates deeper connection with others. Breath work has immense power to change lives; this journey uses combination of various exercises to stir-up the subconscious and breath to create powerful experiences that bring connection and clarity.
In this ceremony, we have some movement and partner exercises along with an hour long breath meditation where the participants use circular connected breath to get access their inner power, joy and connection.
Breath work journey usually takes 2-3 hours.
