One of the most precious, beautiful and magical things in this life that brings me so much pleasure is yoga and not just practicing yoga, but teaching yoga to those who wish to learn how to teach it.
I put my heart and soul into my Yoga Teacher Training sessions and I, along with my co-teachers Lisa and Jenny, combine them with laughter and love as well as unique rituals and a touch of Balinese ceremony. For 200 hours, a small group of like-minded people, myself and my co-teachers, all seeking love and light through yoga, come together in a beautiful series of events and classes that I call my Hatha Flow 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
During these 200 hours, we don’t just learn about yoga sequence; we learn how to give, share, love, let go, energize and empower each other through movements, meditation, rituals, chants and through sharing and playing in nature. We come together in the beginning as new friends and by the end of the training session, we are all family. Lisa and Jenny, my co-teachers are incredibly gifted and wonderful when it comes to sharing their magic, skills and techniques and everyone present, myself included, are just so grateful for this.

Yoga is the union of mind, body and breath and regular practice and teaching yoga have changed my life in so many wonderful ways that I can’t even begin to capture.
I find that yoga helps me feel more connected to my energetic, emotional and physical body. The more yoga we practice, the more the emotional, energetic and physical blockages start to release. And it results in opening up the physical body to feeling more pleasure and clearing of emotional channels.
Practicing yoga activates our parasympathetic nervous system and reduces stress hormones. This is one of the reasons why yoga is so popular today. If you can breathe, smile and move your body, then you can do yoga.
My love for yoga led me to create my very own “Pleasure Yoga” which is about connecting with the fluidity and the natural flow of your body while also appreciating it. It is slow and every movement is done with a full breath. The best part is, you can even do Please Yoga in bed!
